Dinner with my cousin

My cousin, Will, and his mommy and daddy came over for dinner tonight. We had lots of fun together. We were having a contest to see who could be the messiest. Our parents said it was a tie.

"Hey, Graham! Are you going to eat that?"

Which way to the pool?

I'm ready to go swimming. I've got my swimming suit and my sunglasses. Come on, Mommy!

My New Big Boy Toy

Nana, Grandpa, and Mommy and Daddy got this great new toy for me for my birthday. I can do lots of things on it like...

climb up and slide down,

crawl through the side,

and open and close the door. Thanks, everyone, for this great gift.

Skinny Dippin'?

Mommy and Daddy took my swimming tonight. The water was a little cool, but I had a great time. By the way, I really do have on a swimming suit.

Happy Birthday in Nashville!

Cake again? I can go for that!

Will can help me open my present.

Uncle Tim and Aunt Kimberly helped make my first birthday very special. I love spending time with them, especially Will.

I love Auntie Jenn!

My mommy's good friend, Jenn, came over to play tonight. She brought us dinner, played outside with me, and gave me a bath.
Thanks, Auntie Jenn, for coming over tonight. I love having you over to play.

I spend a lot of my time pointing and telling my mommy about different things that I see. Who knows what I'm pointing at here but I'm sure it was very important.

Three Ladies and a Little Man

I had lots of fun playing today with Emma, Gretchen, and a new friend named Jennifer. Jennifer lives in a house behind mine. She's three years old like Emma and has lots of great things to show me. We played in the backyard, and I got really dirty. Mommy says I'm very much a little boy. I was the only one that seemed to get dirty. We also saw three little kittens. Their mommy put them under our deck.

Birthday Celebration

We celebrated my birthday a little early with our friends and neighbors in Michigan. We had a great party, and lots of my friends wished me a Happy Birthday. Mommy helped me open my presents.
I've been walking a lot more, and I showed everybody at the party how I can do it. Watch out because here I come! I have to hold my hands up for balance like my buddy Jonathan.

Auntie Jenn got me a very neat lawnmower toy. I like to push it fast. Now I can help Daddy and Mommy mow the lawn. Yes, I did say Mommy. She likes to mow the lawn while Daddy edges.
Here are my girlfriends, Gretchen and Emma, and their mommy Heidi. Miss Heidi helped Mommy make my very special birthday cake. It was delicious. I think I'd like to have cake every evening after dinner.

Daddy, this message is for you: Mommy and I love you very much! Posted by Picasa

I have some very exciting news. I've taken my first steps. Yep, that's right, I've started walking. It happened on Thursday night when some friends were over. I let go of what I was holding on to and took 4 steps right to my mommy. She was so excited that she started crying. Why she was crying I don't know. Everyone else started cheering. Since then, I've practiced walking a few steps each day. Today, I walked from my bedroom door to my mommy and daddy's bedroom door. It's lots of fun. Hopefully, by this summer I'll be able to walk around outside. Posted by Picasa

Mohawk or Unicorn?

Jessica and Katherine, some girls who babysit me at church, came over for dinner last Friday. They got to help give me my bath and thought it would be fun to style my hair. Which one do you like better, the mohawk or the unicorn? I thought they were both pretty fun styles. Do you think Mommy could make my hair look this way every day? A little hair gel, maybe?
