Sandbox, Swings, and Silly Kids

I had lots of fun at the Fulks' house today. We played on their playground and in Emma's new sandbox. It was my first time to play with sand, and I thought it was really neat. I liked the way the sand felt. Mommy was afraid I was going to try to eat the sand. I didn't do that, but I did try to eat the shovel and rake. I also liked crawling in the grass and picking up the leaves. That was a first for me, too. I just love all of these new experiences. Thanks, Emma and Grethen, for a great time.

Oh, by the way, Emma doesn't usually wear her helmet to play in the sandbox. She had just gotten finished showing me her new bike and decided she wanted to keep her helment on. You never know when you are going to get hit by flying sand.

Mommy took me to the park today, and for the first time, I got to get in the swing. It was so much fun. I can't wait to go back. Posted by Picasa

Fun at the Airport

Here we are at the Nashville airport waiting to come back to Michigan.
I like to make Mommy smile, and it's pretty easy to do.

Mommy tries to get as many snuggles from me as she can. The problem is I don't really like to sit still.
Daddy tried to keep me from picking up all of the neat stuff off of the floor, but I managed to sneak in a few things and pop them in my mouth.

We had to wait a long time to get on the airplane, so Mommy and Daddy let me watch the airplanes. IT was fun for a little while, but then I got tired and hungry. Traveling is hard on a little guy like me.

I've learned a new game to play with Mommy and Daddy. It's called peek-a-boo. Mommy says, "Where's Graham?", and I cover my eyes. Then, when I move my hands, she says, "There he is!", and I smile. It's a very fun game. Posted by Picasa

Broccoli is yummy!

Broccoli is rather tasty and fun to eat. My friend, Jonathan, calls it trees. Jonathan, I like trees, too!

I like to hold my food down where Shelby can get it. Mommy tells me not to do this, but I think it's a fun game. Do you think Shelby would like some trees?

I love Nana!

Nana flew all the way from Texas to see me this week. We had so much fun together. She pushed me on my hippo and played a lot with me. She says I have a lot of energy, but she kept up with me pretty well. I sure do miss her now, and I know my mommy does, too. Come back and see us soon, Nana!

My First Haircut

While Nana was visiting us this week, I got my first haircut. Mommy took me to a girly salon, but Daddy said he's going to take me to his macho-manly place when I'm a little older. I guess it wasn't so bad at Mommy's place. Jana was really nice and did a good job. Plus, all of these women gathered around me and told me how cute I was. I kind of liked the attention.

See how still I'm sitting. Well, I didn't exactly stay this still the entire time, but Mommy said I was a very good boy. Everytime Jana made a snip with the scissors, I turned my head to see what she was doing.
This is before the haircut. Mommy will post a picture of me after the haircut later. She says I look very cute now. She says I'm not her little baby anymore-I'm becoming a little boy. I think that's a good thing.

Mommy and I met my friend Jacob and his mommy at a very fun place today for lunch-Chuck E. Cheese's! It was my first time to visit, and I hope we can go back very soon. Jacob and I had tons of fun riding the rides and playing the games. Posted by Picasa

Jacob is a very fast driver. He knows how to turn the steering wheel, too. Posted by Picasa

Green and Gold?

Or Black and Gold?

Back in the Saddle Again

This week, I've been feeling a little under the weather. After getting a cold on Monday, I got another ear infection. This is my second ear infection in a month, and let me tell you, they are no fun. I'm happy to report (and so is my mommy) I'm feeling much better today. As you can see, I'm up to my old tricks. Mommy calls me the little stunt man.

Cruisin' for a Bruisin'

I really enjoy walking with my hippo walker. Back and forth, back and forth-I haven't learned how to turn yet. Mommy thinks God must give babies hard heads because I fall a lot and bump my head. That's where the title came from.
