jo - i made the CHBars and they are just about the most delectable bar i've ever had. chill for a couple of hours, then let sit out about an hour before cutting and serving. i took them to small group yesterday and everyone loved them and took seconds. i bought the stuff to make the apple toffee bars... will do that later this week. happy autumn! (are you incorporating more maple products now that you are in canada?)
