Happy Easter!
I hope all of you had a nice Easter. This was my first Easter, and I enjoyed it very much. Nana gave me a great outfit to wear including my very first tie. Don't worry-it had Velcro so it was easy to put on. We celebrated the day at church and then ate dinner with our good friends, the Fulks. Thank you, Jesus, for what you did so we can have eternal life with You. I don't really understand what eternal means but I'm glad we have Jesus. Mommy says He brings us Hope.
Biker Dudes!
Daddy let me sit on his motorcycle. I thought it was really cool, but Mommy said I can't ride one-ever. Hmmm...do you think she's being a little overprotective? Maybe I can win her over with my cute smile. It works pretty well most of the time.
I'm so glad it's finally getting warmer in Michigan. We can go outside without jackets, and everything is starting to turn green. I love crawling around in the grass and exploring all the leaves and sticks. I try to put them in my mouth because I like to put everything in my mouth. Mommy is trying to teach me just to look and touch.

Sleepy Time
For the past few days, I've been sick with a cold. So, I've been doing a lot of sleeping. Today, I'm feeling much better and decided I didn't need to sleep much because I got so much sleep this weekend. Mommy found me with my pants and one sock off during naptime this afternoon. I was able to get both things off and onto the floor. I know she thought it was funny but she tried to act serious and tell me to go to sleep. I could tell she was trying to hide her smile. Well, I did finally decide to take my nap, but it's so much more fun to take my clothes off than sleep.

The Learning Continues!
Disgusting!
I tried to tell Mommy to not put this picture on my blog, but she wouldn't listen. You see, I have a little cold, and yucky green stuff has been coming out of my nose. When Mommy got me out of the crib this morning, this is how my nose looked. The worst part was trying to clean it off. I did not like it when she tried to do this, and I let her know. We went to MOPS this morning, and she said I couldn't go to church looking like this. So, after much wiping and a whole lot of tears, I went to church with a clean nose.

My Daddy Turned 30!
This weekend, we celebrated my Daddy's 30th birthday. Perpy flew in from Tennessee to help us celebrate (and I think she wanted to see me, too). We had some friends over for dinner and everyone except me got to eat some cake. Mommy said I'll get to have my first bite of cake next month on my birthday.
Happy Birthday, Daddy! I am very glad you are my daddy. Thanks, Perpy, for coming to visit. I've had lots of fun with you here.
